Return Policy
NO REFUNDS!

Refunds will only be accepted on the following grounds:

Please contact customer service first at thevdhco@gmail.com! Any orders sent with no acknowledgement will automatically be sent back.

Must contact customer service within 3 days after delivery

Products were received in a damaged or defective state.

Must attach pictures in email.​

Hair has not been opened, worn, or tampered.

This is a federal law due to hygiene issues. Hair will not be refunded if you have run fingers, a brush, manipulated the hair whatsoever.​

Hair must be in original packaging.

Your refund is processed after thorough inspection of the hair
You will receive an email when we receive your package as well as a follow-up email discussing approval/rejection of refund.

Sales are final on all customization.

Please understand Vixen Doll Hair is NOT responsible another stylist’s work on our hair!

Any defects caused by a third party stylist are not feasible grounds for return/exchange/etc.

Exchange Policy

For all exchanges, please contact customer service first.
Shipping costs are extra, which are not covered by Vixen Doll Hair.

If the total of your exchange is less than your initial purchase, the difference will be issued back to you in store credit.
Any items that were received defective or damaged are 100% covered by us. Your exchange will be sent out ASAP with shipping included. As with any other shipping, you will be notified when your order ships out.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Please double check your order before submitting. Goods are usually shipped out same day, so please contact customer service ASAP. Any changes after shipment confirmation email is sent will result in your goods being shipped out as scheduled.
Shipping Policy
You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order, and another email once the order has been shipped out or ready for pick up/drop off. The latter email will also contain the tracking number for your order.
Processing Times
Payments process automatically unless it is a holiday- the payment will process on the next business day. Once payment is fulfilled, the shipping process begins.

Preorder Items
At the moment, any items not available on hand will be available on pre-order. This means you can expect to receive your lovely VDH hair in about 7-10 business days maximum.
For custom color hair, please add up to 2-4 days to regular order schedule.
For wig customization, please add up to 1-3 days to regular order schedule.
For both custom color and wig custom, please add up to 5-7 days to regular order schedule.

We sincerely appreciate your patience with these shipping times. Vixen Dolls can look forward to shorter shipping times in the future as the company expands!
ALERT!!!
Upon checkout, please make sure that all billing and shipment information is correct. For example, if your billing/shipping address contains an apartment number, please make sure that is reflected and valid before placing your order. Any issues with orders deemed undeliverable will result in either store credit in the amount of your order minus shipping costs, or re-shipment of your order.
